Includes up to 10 hours of phone, zoom, in-person or e-mail attorney consulting with client, seller, or third parties involved. Any attorney consulting time past 10 hours and/or negotiations or re-drafts of clauses or documents after the first draft is billed at $500/hr.

Everything in basic and signature plus
More extensive business purchase agreement and schedules
Includes up to 15 hours of phone, zoom, in-person or e-mail attorney consulting with client, seller, or third parties involved. Any attorney consulting time past 15 hours and/or negotiations or re-drafts of clauses or documents after the first draft is billed at $500/hr.
